Welcome to overturn-Roe.com! Overturning the Roe v Wade illegal decision of the US Supreme Court is the purpose of this website. Why do I want to overturn that decision? It violates the Commandment of God who wrote in stone,"thou shalt not kill" and that is recorded in Exodus 20:13.

What makes the Roe decision an illegal decision? Article I Section I of the US Constitution is written, "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives." Notice it says nothing about the US Supreme Court creating law. What does the US Constitution have to do with this debate? From the words of the Constitution, "This Constitution...shall be the Supreme Law of the land, and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the contrary, notwithstanding." That means that no state can pass laws that conflict with the US Constitution. Unless the Constitution is amended by the people themselves it cannot be amended by Congress alone and in no situation can it be amended by Judicial decree of the US Supreme Court. Therefore there is no "right to abortion" and thank God for that!
